Gordon Glasnow

Gordon Glasnow - Founder & CEO

Gordon founded CBC Cleanning and Restoration in 1978. Through hard work, strategic planning and impeccable service, he has developed CBC into one of the most reputable companies in the Santa Clarita Valley.Gordon’s certifications and training include: ASCR Certified Restorer, IICRC Certification Courses which specialize in Carpet, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Water Damage and Restoration, Journeyman Fire and Smoke Restorer, Odor Control, and Master Textile Cleaner, California Contractors State License Board (License #695425 B-1, C-15, Asbestos), Restoration Consultants-Remediation Technician Training, Video-Aire Enviro-Mold IAQ Services, Inc.- Certification of completion for Mold Remediation, William Stewart Associates, Inc.- Claims Training Services: Successful Subrogation, California State University, Dominguez Hills, Spring 2004- 3 CEU’s in Mold Assessment & Remediation. 

Gordon resides in Canyon Country with his wife Debbie (Operations Supervisor and CFO) and his two daughters, Brittany and Chelsea, and their dog Cody.

Debbie Glasnow

Debbie Glasnow - Operations Supervisor and CFO

Debbie oversees all office personnel and procedures. Her daily tasks include the implementation of new systems and computer software, protocols for all business operations, personnel, and the strategic planning and development of guiding CBC as it heads into the future. She also maintains all of the company’s financial statements, budgets, employee benefit packages, and insurance coverage.

Debbie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma and a Master of Arts Degree in Physical Education from California State University, Northridge, California. She resides in Canyon Country with her husband, Gordon (Founder and CEO), and two daughters, Brittany and Chelsea, and their dog Cody.

Annette Guerrero

Annette Guerrero - Human Resource/Accounting Director

Annette has been with CBC since 1987 and has performed just about every job! She has been instrumental in the long term growth and success of CBC. Annette heads up the Accounting Department and oversees all accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. She also plays an integral role in the handling and development of CBC's Human Resource Department. With Annette's tenure and knowledge, she is often relied upon in every aspect of CBC's operations and strategy.

Sharon Helton

Sharon Helton - Customer Service Manager/Scheduling

Sharon has been with CBC since 2013 and brings a competent and pleasant personality to the front desk at CBC.  If you call to place an order, there is a good chance you will hear her pleasant and polite voice. Her tasks are multi-faceted and she is the backbone in scheduling, coordinating and communicating with our hard working technicians. She also is on the front line of making sure that all of our wonderful clients are satisfied and handles any questions that may arise.

Jennifer Hinson

Jennifer Hinson - Restoration Project Administrator

Jennifer has been with CBC since 2013. She coordinates and facilitates all the paperwork, proposals, subcontractors and scheduling in the Restoration Department. She also acts as the liaison for adjusters, project managers, and CBC's valuable clients. Jennifer works hand in hand with the property owners to assure that CBC's Emergency and Restoration Services are performed successfully, timely and with minimal stress - whether insurance related or paid out of pocket

 

Karen Gardner - Director of Marketing and Customer Relations

Karen is the newest member of CBC's team and is responsible for the operation of our marketing department and client relations. Her duties include identifying areas for research into the public's tastes and opinion,  monitoring the satisfaction of CBC's valuable clients, choosing which types of events to sponsor and designing advertisements and mailings to our clients. Karen additionally handles phone calls, scheduling and accounting duties in the office.  She comes with a vast array of experience in all of her duties and is will likely introduce herself when she is out visiting our valued customers!  Karen has a Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.

Brittany Graham

Brittany Graham - Social Media and Marketing Manager

Brittany is the newest member of CBC's team and is responsible for implementing CBC's social media strategy, developing and maintaining brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and cultivating leads. She is responsible for the operation of our marketing department and client relations, and is an instrumental part in overseeing our internet presence. Her duties include identifying areas for research into the public's tastes and opinion, monitoring the satisfaction of current clients, choosing which types of events to sponsor and designing advertisements and mailings to our clients.

Brittany has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo.

 

Nick Evison

Nick Evison - Lead Cleaning/Disaster Response Technician

Nick has been with CBC since 2008. He is one of our Lead Technicians that specializes in Water Damage Emergency Response as well as Carpet, Area Rug, Tile/Grout, Stone Restoration and Upoholstery Cleaning. Don't let Nick's jovial and fun-loving spirit fool you - when it comes to his profession, he takes the quality of his work and outcome very seriously. He is IICRC Certified in Carpet, Tile/Grout, Upholstery Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration.

Victor Najera

Victor Najera - Lead Cleaning/Disaster Response Technician

Victor has been with CBC since 2010. He is one of our Lead Technicians that specializes in Water Damage Emergency Response as well as Carpet, Area Rug, Tile/Grout, Stone Restoration, and Upholstery Cleaning.  Prior to becoming a Lead Technician, Victor was CBC's In-Plant Cleaning Specialist. Victor is very fastidious about the quality of his work and strives to accomplish the best possible outcome.  He is IICRC Certified in Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, and Water Damage Restoration.

Steve Charron

Steve Charron - In Plant Cleaning Specialist/Lead Technician

Steve has been with CBC since 2015. He is one of our Lead Technicians specializing in Carpet, Area Rug, Tile/Grout, Stone Restoration, and Upholstery Cleaning as well as Water Damage Emergency Response. He also serves as our In-Plant Cleaning Specialist. Steve has worked in the industry for over three years and decided to join the best of the best companies when it comes to Cleaning and Restoration. Steve is IICRC certified.

Sam Hand

Sam Hand - Cleaning & Mitigation Assistant

Sam joined the CBC team in 2014 and assists our Lead Technicians in water damage disaster response as well as carpet, tile/grout and upholstery cleaning. He is also a great addition to the in-plant cleaning team and does a great job. Sam is also a lifelong SCV resident and attended Canyon High School.


 

Cole Baber - Cleaning & Disaster Response Assistant

Cole is our newest member to the CBC team. He assists our Lead Technicians in water damage disaster response as well as carpet, tile/grout, and upholstery cleaning. Cole is a SCV resident and attended high school in the William S. Hart district. 

 

Pedro Ramirez- Lead Cleaning/Disaster Response Technician

Pedro has been with CBC since 2014. He is one of our Lead Technicians that specializes in Emergency Response as well as Carpet, Area Rug, Tile/Grout, Stone Restoration, and Upholstery Cleaning. He is an extremely hard worker and is very focused on the outcome and quality of his work. He is IICRC Certified in Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and in Emergency Response. Pedro is a another lifelong SCV resident. 

 

Brian Sweeney- Cleaning & Disaster Response Assistant

 

Brian joined the CBC staff earlier this year and has been a great addition to the CBC staff. He assists our Lead Technicians in water damage disaster response as well as carpet, tile/grout and upholstery cleaning. 

 

Trevor Alcaraz- Reconstruction Specialist

Trevor joined CBC in 2016 and is a welcomed new addition! He works closely with our project managers in following and accomplishing a detailed plan of action to restore your property back to it's pre-loss condition. Trevor is experienced beyond his years in all aspects of construction- whether it be plumbing, framing, flooring, carpentry or general construction. Trevor is very talented, hands-on, and capable of any size job- all topped with a great big smile every time. 

 

Tracy Miller

Tracy Miller - Estimator/Project Manager

Tracy has been with CBC since 1990. He has been fundamental in the  development and success of our disaster restoration department. Tracy is very knowledgeable in all aspects of cleaning, emergency dry-down procedures, and restoration.  He conducts many of CBC's employee educational in-services. Tracy specializes in estimating and managing all disaster projects from inception to completion and oversees CBC's water and fire damage procedures. His certifications include being IICRC Certified in Carpet, Upholstery, as well as Water Damage Restoration and Lead Abatement. Tracy has a Pre-Seminary Degree from Masters College, Santa Clarita, CA.

Josh Salazar

Josh Salazar - Mold Remediation Supervisor/Project Manager

Josh has been a part of the CBC team since 2001. Over the years he has performed just about every service CBC offers in cleaning and restoration. Josh currently oversees our Mold Remediation Department and is actively involved in CBC's water damage mitigation monitoring and dry down process. He collaborates with the technicians and project managers to ensure a smooth work flow and speedy restoration.  Josh is IICRC certified in carpet and upholstery cleaning, water damage/applied structural drying and in process of his AMRT certification.

 
 Rafael Mendez

Rafael Mendez - Restoration and Mold Remediation Technician

Rafael has been with CBC since 2006. He works closely with our project managers in following and accomplishing a detailed plan of action to restore your property back to it's pre-loss condition! Rafael is very experienced and trained in all aspects of construction. He is also responsible for the proper containment, demolition, remediation and clean-up of mold. He is IICRC trained and certified and a member of the IAQA (Indoor Air Quality Association)

 

Marlon Pineda- Restoration and Mold Remediation Technician

Marlon has been with CBC since 2006. He works closely with our project managers in following and accomplishing a detailed plan of action to restore your property back to it's pre-loss condition! Marlon is very experienced, hands-on and trained in all aspects of construction. He is also responsible for the proper containment, demolition, remediation and clean-up of mold. He is IICRC trained and certified and a member of the IAQA (Indoor Air Quality Association).

 Pedro Lanaverde

Pedro Lanaverde - Painter/Drywall Supervisor

Pedro has been with CBC since 2002. He specializes in all projects that involve drywall and painting. Pedro combines an outstanding work ethic with a finished product that is second to none.

Jeff Johnson - Cabinetry Restoration and Custom Building Specialist 

Jeff has been with CBC for over 10 years. His custom cabinetry creations are beyond comparison and his cabinetry restoration is top notch. He specializes in matching existing finishes to create a flawless final product.
