Gordon Glasnow - Founder and CEO

Gordon founded CBC Cleaning and Restoration in 1978. Through hard work, strategic planning, and impeccable service, he has developed CBC into one of the most reputable companies in the Santa Clarita Valley.

Gordon’s certifications and training include: ASCR Certified Restorer, IICRC Certification Courses which specialize in Carpet, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Water Damage and Restoration, Journeyman Fire and Smoke Restorer, Odor Control, and Master Textile Cleaner, California Contractors State License Board (License #695425 B-1, C-15, Asbestos), Restoration Consultants-Remediation Technician Training, Video-Aire Enviro-Mold IAQ Services, Inc.- Certification of completion for Mold Remediation, William Stewart Associates, Inc.- Claims Training Services: Successful Subrogation, California State University, Dominguez Hills, Spring 2004- 3 CEU’s in Mold Assessment & Remediation.

Gordon resides in Canyon Country with his wife Debbie (Operations Supervisor and CFO) and his two daughters, Brittany and Chelsea, and their dog Buddy.

Debbie Glasnow – Operations Supervisor and CFO

Debbie has been with CBC for 21 years. She oversees all office personnel and procedures. Her daily tasks include the implementation of new systems and computer software, protocols for all business operations, personnel, and the strategic planning and development of guiding CBC as it heads into the future. She also maintains all of the company’s financial statements, budgets, employee benefit packages, and insurance coverage.

Debbie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma and a Master of Arts Degree in Physical Education from California State University, Northridge, California. She resides in Canyon Country with her husband, Gordon (Founder and CEO), and two daughters, Brittany, Chelsea, and their dog Buddy.

Annette Guerrero – Human Resource / Accounting Director

Annette has been with CBC for an impressive 20 years and has performed just about every job! She heads up the Accounting Department and oversees all accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. She also plays in integral role in the handling and development of CBC’s Human Resource Department. With Annette’s tenure and knowledge, she is often relied upon in every aspect of CBC’s operations and strategies.

Tracy Miller – Project Manager/Estimator

Tracy has been with CBC for 17 years. He specializes in creating estimates and managing all projects from inception to completion for the Restoration Department. He also oversees water damages and has a thorough knowledge of dry-down procedures. His certifications include being IICRC Certified in Carpet, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, as well as Water Damage Restoration. Tracy has a Pre-Seminary Degree from Masters College, Santa Clarita, CA.

Joanne Brown – Customer Service Manager

Joanne has been with CBC for 3 years, and if you call to place an order, there is a good chance that you will get her pleasant and polite voice. Her tasks are multi-faceted and she is the backbone in scheduling, coordinating and communicating with our hard working technicians. She also is on the front line of making sure that all of our wonderful customers are satisfied and handles any customer service questions that may arise.

Jaci Sherman – Restoration Project Administrator

Jaci has been with CBC for 4 years. She handles and facilitates all the paperwork, proposals, and scheduling in the Restoration Department. She also acts as the liaison for Adjusters, Project Managers and CBC’s valuable customers. Jaci works hand in hand with the owners to strategically position the Restoration department as a strong presence in Disaster Emergency and Restoration Services, whether insurance related or paid out of pocket.

Mark Eggering – Marketing and Sales Director

Mark is one of the newest members to the CBC team. He handles and collaborates with the owners on all Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Customer Retention, and Public Relation initiatives. He has extensive experience in marketing including NASCAR, The Galaxy Soccer Team, and Network Radio. You’ll often see his smiling face around town and at many functions. Mark has a Bachelor of Business Degree in Management and a Psychology Minor from the University of St. Francis, Joliet, Illinois.

Beth Hollister- AR and Safety Manager

Beth recently joined the CBC team as the AR and Safety Manager. She is responsible for researching and educating the staff on safety. Her duties also include a wide range of responsibilities, from developing and sending out proposals, phone coverage, accounts receivable, to assisting in all other pertinent matters that need to be dealt with in an administrative capacity.

Garth Post – Lead Technician

Garth has been with CBC for 7 years. He is one of our Lead Technicians that specialize in Water Damages/Disaster Response, Carpet, Tile/Grout, and Upholstery Cleaning. He is IICRC Certified in Carpet, Upholstery, Fabric Cleaning, and Water Damage Restoration.

Jason Williamson- Lead Technician

Jason has been with CBC for 7 years. He is one of our Lead Technicians that specialize in Water Damages/Disaster Response, Carpet, Tile/Grout, and Upholstery Cleaning. He is IICRC Certified in Carpet, Tile/Grout, Upholstery Cleaning, and Water Damage Restoration.

Robert Saisselin – Lead Technician

Robert has been with CBC for 4 years. He is one of our Lead Technicians that specialize in Water Damages/Disaster Response, Carpet, Tile Grout and Upholstery Cleaning. He is IICRC Certified in Carpet, Tile/Grout, Upholstery Cleaning, and Water Damage Restoration

Kevin Peare – Technician

Kevin has been with CBC for 4 years. He is one of our Technicians that specialize in Water Damages/Disaster Response, Carpet, Tile/Grout and Upholstery Cleaning. He is IICRC Certified in Carpet Cleaning, and Water Damage Restoration.

Victor Cervantes – Mold Remediation Specialist

Victor is in his second year at CBC. He handles all Mold Remediation projects for the company as well as being a Project Manager for certain commercial accounts. His work is precise and his finished product passing rating is in the upper 90 percentile. Hi reputation proceeds him for creating impeccable containments.

Pedro Landaverde – Painter

Pedro has been with CBC for 5 years. He specializes in all projects that involve painting. Pedro combines an outstanding work ethic with a finished product that is second to none.
